- Knowledge of legal services industry desirable

- Responsiveness and strong organizational/time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- English fluent; French/Dutch a plus
- Attention to detail

- General administration
- KYC onboarding
- Invoicing and expense tracking
- Document management and template maintenance
- IT liaison
- LinkedIn management
- Compliance obligations
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
