We routinely assist in obtaining regulatory licences in the Belgian Treasury for the release of securities and funds frozen with Euroclear, and coordinate follow-on litigation.

We work in cooperation with trusted partners to offer the services of EU guarantors, and assist clients in putting in place all necessary infrastructure.

In cooperation with the Belgian partners, we assist clients in appealing decisions of the Belgian Treasury in the Belgian Council of State.
